1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, email, phone number, address, contact information, passwords, security data upon registering and profile completion in a secure database used on your personal profile page and in search results for recruiters.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at Partnee expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on Partnee (such as creating your profile, online business profile, creating your company/agency profile, posting jobs or applying to jobs) or otherwise contacting us.

Some of this information, for example, your full name and username, and resume information (work experience, education, services, skills, portfolio, avatar, projects, social media links etc.) may be listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services, such as search, public user profiles and viewing lists, do not require registration.

You may opt to hide certain areas from being displayed on your public profile (email, birthdate, phone, location, skype, work experience, education, services, skills, portfolio, avatar, projects, social media links etc.) or you may choose to unpublish your profile at any time.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and Partnee, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, gender, birthdate, country, city, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

Credentials. We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.

Resume details. We collect details regarding your resume like: education, work experience, skills, projects, job title, avatar, social media links, service you provide and other similar resume data.

Payment Data. We only collect data regarding your subscription (date when subscription was payed, confirmation regarding payment) or data regarding other services we might offer. We don`t store any data associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit Partnee.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate Partnee. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use Partnee and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of Partnee, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.

We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information; marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via Partnee for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests ("Business Purposes"), in order to enter into or perform a contract with you ("Contractual"), with your consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons"). We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We use the information we collect or receive:

To facilitate account creation and logon process.If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account *(such as your Linkedin or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.

To protect Partnee. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep Partnee safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with each user's consent.

To enforce our terms, conditions and policies.

To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

Your personal information will be displayed publicly as your online business profile (if you choose to publish your profile) and will also be visible for recruiters, agencies and contractors during search results.

Other Users. When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments, publishing your profile, contributions or other content to Partnee) or otherwise interact with public areas of Partnee, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside Partnee in perpetuity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within Partnee, and view your profile.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using Partnee, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of Partnee. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In some regions, such as the European Economic Area, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, we may need sufficient information to identify yourself before providing access to your personal information.

In certain situations, and subject to applicable law, Partnee will not be able or obliged to comply with part or all of your individual requests. Please note that we have the right to refuse and/or charge a monetary fee for requests which are manifestly unfounded or excessive, for example due to their repetitive character.

Providing your information to us is optional, but it may impact our ability to offer the service to you. For example, if you do not provide your complete personal information, we will not always be able to respond to your request in a timely manner.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
